Legally you do not have to use your legal name for shipping, but using a name that doesn’t match those on your documents can sometimes lead to customs/delivery issues and therefore we strongly advise using your legal name. If you encounter issues due to using a name that doesn’t match your legal documents, we will not provide a complimentary reship.

Please ensure that the address you provide is capable of receiving packages, if the package is undeliverable at the address provided we will also not provide a complimentary reship.

We will attempt to reship any order once for free in any of the following scenarios.

• The package is lost in transit or seized
• The contents of the package are not what was ordered
• The contents of the package are damaged or do not meet quality assurance standards

We will NOT reship orders if

• You enter your shipping address incorrectly (PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!!!!!!)
• We have already reshipped the order once
• The package was marked as delivered by the carrier (this is a carrier issue and you will have to contact the local carrier)

If you plan to order more than 10 vials of estrogen at once, contact us directly. Prices are negotiable for large orders and we may have to organize special shipping.

Unfortunately we cannot offer shipping to the following countries.

• Russia
• North Korea
• Probably a few more eventually, we’re still figuring everything out.

By default, all orders shipping to countries outside of North American and the EU are packaged discretely as to not incur customs issues. If you’d like your order to be shipped discretely within NA/EU, please say so in the order notes section at checkout.

Currently we only accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, and Ethereum as valid payment methods. We cannot accept credit cards, paypal, banks transfers, or any other non-crypto method or payment.

This is a very meta question but I as the person writing this FAQs page hold the opinion that relative to other activities that are generally considered “safe” by society, it is safe enough for me to recommend. There are usually (but not always) more risks associated with DIY HRT than HRT prescribed by a doctor, but only by a small margin if you’re smart.

All of our vials at least meet very high quality standards. We always include Benzyl Alcohol as a preservative, filter with a 0.22 micron filter, and abide by strict sterilization standards.

A standard vial contains enough estrogen for about 1.5 years of injections at a normal dose. Unopened vial should last for several years if stored in proper conditions (a cool, dark space).

Buying crypto can be a pretty complicated process, but the easiest way to do it will most likely be through an exchange such as Kraken or Coinbase. Soon we hope to put a detailed guide together.
